Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 4th August, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy to maintain quality standards and transparency. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued as store credit only.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for return consideration.
Important Notes
- Minor colour, print, or design variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen resolution and do not qualify as defects.
- We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if the policy conditions are not met.
Return Conditions
All approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Process
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Once approved, the refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the 4th August website.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are allowed only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
